Russian bomb attack kills at least 3, injures 29 in Ukraine’s Kharkiv

Russian guided bombs struck an apartment building in Kharkiv, Ukraine, on Saturday, killing at least three people and injuring 29. Gov. Oleh Syniehubov also said two children were among the injured and four of those hurt were in serious condition.
