Kelowna neighbourhood gets more amenities as the area experiences a home construction boom.

It’s a Kelowna neighbourhood that has changed dramatically over the years…what was once a bare hillside…now dotted with homes. The Ponds in the Upper Mission has been growing at a rapid pace–so much so–it’s now attracted some big retail names with more on the way. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, the city says the additional amenities benefit more than just the area’s residents.
