Feds pull plug on B.C. open-net fish farms

Ottawa is officially pulling the plug on B.C.’s controversial open-net fish farm industry, but not right away. It’s a move it says is designed to protect dwindling wild salmon stocks. As Aaron McArthur reports, while some are embracing the announcement, others say it will devastate local First Nations’ economies.
