Today marks one year since Sikh community activist Hardeep Singh Nijjar was shot and killed outside his Surrey Gurdwara. His killing set off a major international diplomatic incident, and four Indian nationals were later arrested and charged with his murder. As Andrea Macpherson reports, members of the B.C.
