Saturday marked the end of National Blood Donor week and a large group of workers in the Saint-Laurent area paid tribute to a fallen colleague by giving blood. Plus, a new Indigenous and Asian collective garden is now available in Chinatown. The space offers people the space to grow Asian vegetables and Indigenous medicinal plants. And, hundreds of Montrealers of all ages turned out to the annual Model Train Expo. Though it’s fun for most all who attend, there’s a more serious purpose behind the event.
