SPCA says Bill 67 will increase access to animal care

The Quebec government tabled Bill 67 this week, a law that aims to give more and different powers to different groups of health professionals. Some veterinarians working for non-profit animal shelters are welcoming the bill. Global’s video journalist David Sedell visited the Montreal SPCA to get reaction.
