Marking 80 years since D-Day

80 years ago today, allied troops stormed the beaches of Normandy in a war-altering move known as D-Day, changing the course of the Second World War. John Maker, Historian and Former Curator at the Canadian War Museum joins Candace Daniel with more about the significance of this day in history.
