Consumer Matters: PC Optimum points frozen

A PC Optimum rewards holder says his loyalty points were unexpectedly frozen with no explanation. The Vancouver resident says he’s been trying to get answers from Loblaw, the company which owns the program, for months. Consumer Matters reporter Anne Drewa has the details.
