We speak local prostate cancer patient Wayne Hatcher, one of the earliest cohort of patients in Atlantic Canada to benefit from the new Gallium-68-PSMA scan at the QEII. We also talk to Dr. David Barnes, QEII nuclear medicine physician, to talk about how the PSMA can detect the recurrence and spread of prostate cancer following treatment.
