A Vancouver dog owner is warning pet owners after his puppy became ill after accidentally ingesting a small packet discovered tucked away in a newly purchased pet carrier. The dog’s owner wants the packets replaced and made more visible to the customer. Consumer Matters reporter Anne Drewa has more.
