A new documentary exploring B.C.’s toxic drug crisis had a showing in Victoria Wednesday night, with a number of MLA’s on hand. “Toxic” director and producer Robert Colbourne and harm reduction and recovery expert Guy Felicella talk about the crisis and the importance of the film.
