Peterborough County OPP say a motorcyclist died following a fiery collision with a pickup truck on County Road 507 in Trent Lakes on Sunday afternoon.
The collision happened around 1 p.m. Witnesses say the southbound motorcycle crossed over the centre line at a turn and collided with the pickup. Both vehicles caught fire.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene despite CPR efforts from witnesses and emergency officials.
Two occupants in the truck suffered minor injuries.
