It’s been more than three weeks since the body of Lumby resident Tatjana Stefanski was discovered on the outskirts of town and still no charges have been laid in the case. A man was arrested but released and as police continue to investigate the circumstances, Stefanski’s grieving partner is speaking out about his loss and the urgent need for changes to our justice system.
