Two tugs and a coast guard crew were on the scene pulling the tug back out. At one point it came within about 100 meters of the shore, near Sunset beach. The barge appears to be only carrying one piece of heavy equipment. The incident brings back memories of a previous barge that ran aground in roughly the same area in November, 2021.
