A Calgary judge handed out the maximum penalty Monday to a Calgary pet owner whose dogs were behind a fatal attack two years ago. It happened in the northwest community of Capitol Hill, where an 86-year-old woman was mauled to death in her back alley. Sarah Offin spoke with the family about the verdict and the fate of the remaining dogs.
