Trans Mountain pipeline expansion opens

After billions of dollars of taxpayer investment and years of delays — oil is finally set to flow through the Trans Mountain pipeline in B.C. It’ll still be weeks before it’ll end up on oil tankers, but as Andrea Macpherson reports, environmentalists are sounding the alarm.
