Milestone for Vancouver’s Little Mountain project

At last, some tangible progress on a contentious Vancouver social housing project that should have been completed in time for the 2010 Olympics. While it’ll still be years before people can actually move in to the Little Mountain housing project, as Travis Prasad reports, ground has finally been broken.
