The family of a Kelowna man forced to evacuate from his apartment due to safety concerns from the construction of the UBCO Tower is grieving tonight, after he passed away shortly after a bad fall. As Jayden Wasney reports, the man’s sister says her brother would still be alive had he not been displaced.
