Back in 2022, the Michelin Guide added Toronto and Vancouver to its list of more than 40 destinations, awarding some restaurants in the area with a coveted star. But it has yet to announce any further expansion in the country, and as Franca Mignacca reports, some say Quebec should be next on the list.
