Hundreds of thousands packing the streets of Surrey today for the annual Khalsa Day Parade, celebrating Vaisakhi. It's the biggest event of its kind, marking its' 25th anniversary this year, but as Julia Foy reports, even as people celebrated, an undercurrent of feelings of injustice was front and centre.
