On Monday, Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe expressed his concerns with the upcoming federal budget saying he expects the cost of the carbon tax to rise while infrastructure funding will decrease if there is any included in the budget at all.

On Monday, Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe expressed his concerns with the upcoming federal budget saying he expects the cost of the carbon tax to rise while infrastructure funding will decrease if there is any included in the budget at all.
