Kawrtha Lakes firefighters were busy with an overnight fire at a farm west of Fowler’s Corners.
Firefighters from several stations were called to the farm on Bethel Road north of Grassy Road around 1:30 a.m. Saturday.
Fire chief Terry Jones says the barn contained approximately 300 bales of hay.
It’s believed the fire was caused by a spark from a previous fire.
No injuries were reported and no animals were involved.
Damage is pegged at $150,000,
