Residents living near a meat processing plant in the Montreal borough of Rivière-des-Prairies-Pointe-aux-Trembles are celebrating what they call a major victory. Sanimax, the city and the province have struck a deal that should see the end of years of dealing with a foul smell from the animal rendering plant. Global's Gloria Henriquez reports.
