Solar eclipse: N.B. scientist uses balloon with cameras to track rare event

There is a rare chance to see a total solar eclipse on April 8, which happens when the moon passes between the earth and the sun while completely blocking the sun. Heidi Petracek looks at how one retired New Brunswick scientist wants to make sure everyone gets a clear view of the rare event.
