The Association of Alberta Municipalities represents 85 per cent of the province’s population. The group says last week’s provincial budget lacks adequate infrastructure funding for municipalities to support the province’s growing population. As Carolyn Kury de Castillo reports the group is concerned that the budget will lead to higher municipal taxes and infrastructure problems.
