A candlelight vigil was held Thursday night at Fort Saskatchewan City Hall to honour Kassandra Gartner, who was struck and killed in a hit and run over the weekend in south Edmonton. Gartner was a mother of three and known in her community as the executive director of the Fort Saskatchewan Food Bank. Kabi Moulitharan has more on Gartner’s impact on her city.
