Calgary has a new facility to process recyclables. The blue cart program, launched 15 years ago, is now processing 55,000 tonnes of material every year. And now, the city is retiring use of its aging Cascades Recovery Plus facility, sorting through a big change in waste management. Sarah Offin reports.
