Mild weather gives Montrealers spring fever

Montrealers are putting away the skis and gearing up to take out their shorts. The temperature in the city has reached double digits and set a record high on Tuesday. As Global’s Tim Sargeant reports, many people welcome the warm weather but it also comes with concerns.
