A West Island mayor is sounding the alarm over slow ambulance response times. Michel Gibson of Kirkland complains it takes too long for paramedics to reach someone after a 9-1-1 call has been made. He insists the response system is in critical condition and lives could be at risk. Gloria Henriquez reports.
