Government House Leader Steve MacKinnon introduced a motion Monday that would impose “health breaks” for MPs to stop overnight voting. He told reporters the motion was in part to combat what he called “obstruction” by Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre, and that the main objective was so the House could do its work.
