Excitement is growing for the Special Olympics Canada Winter Games in Calgary, starting next week on Feb. 27. But before the games begin, the torch must make its way to the cauldron. On Friday morning, the final leg of the torch run kicked off in Lethbridge. As Jaclyn Kucey reports, one special athlete joined law enforcement officers from across Canada.
