A massive new reconfiguration plan at the Trudeau airport is well underway. The finishing touches are being put on a new parking garage that is now partly opened. Eventually a new drop-off zone will be added as part of a master plan to increase passenger capacity and end the backlogs of commuters stuck trying to drive up to the terminal.
