B.C. municipalities only have a few months left to make zoning amendments to their bylaws to facilitate more infill housing. The province has mandated zoning changes so that single family lots can house multiple housing units. It’s all in an effort to tackle the housing crisis but as Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, there are concerns the new legislation could drastically alter neighbourhoods.
