A pair of grieving parents from Montreal’s West Island says they felt pressured to pay to meet with Quebec’s transport minister. The couple lost their daughter in a car crash and they wanted to discuss lowering the legal alcohol limit. Global’s Franca Mignacca spoke with them at the National Assembly on Thursday.
