Lionel Desmond murder-suicide inquiry report to be released

The long-delayed provincial inquiry report investigating the triple-murder suicide of an Afghanistan war veteran and his family will be released this week. As Skye Bryden-Blom reports, it’ll come with recommendations for change to support military veterans.
