The National Ballet of Ukraine is touring Canada — its first tour since Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine began almost two years ago. The constant threat of attack almost permanently closed the curtain on the ballet company but as Heather Yourex-West explains the dancers have found a way to keep the performance going.
