Torontonians have a lot of different ideas for this year’s budget priorities

On day two of the city’s budget subcommittees, dozens of people and groups attempted to shape the final document. While a big tax increase is on the table, the discussions were dominated with talk of services versus concerns over spending. Matthew Bingley reports.
