Quebec Premier Francos Legault says an influx of asylum seekers has nearly pushed the province to its breaking point. The politician sent a letter to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on Wednesday explaining that services are being overwhelmed, before requesting the federal government slow the number of people entering Quebec altogether.
