Snowy side street frustration and fines

Snowy sidewalks have prompted dozens of complaints and fines throughout Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. And if you had to drive today – many of the main roads were clear – but some were left spinning their wheels trying to get out of side streets. Travis Prasad reports.
