Snow storm expected Tuesday night for B.C. South Coast

The bitter cold that’s gripped much of the province for days is loosening up, just in time for the first major snowfall of the year. Snow and freezing rain are expected to hit southern Vancouver Island first, before the storm makes its way east. Grace Ke reports.
