18-teen-year-old Joseph Mongillo from Markham is the owner and head baker of “One Smart Cookie” selling thousands of cookies by showcasing his talents on Instagram. Eventually Mongillo caught the attention of a Food Network casting agent who extended an invitation to Mongillo to compete in the holiday-themed show , “Christmas Cookie Challenge” in Los Angeles early December.
