Brampton Mayor Patrick Brown accused Mississauga Mayor Bonnie Crombie of being “absent” as the transition board was considering the dissolution of Peel Region, claiming that she provided no financial analysis. Brown suggested she should listen to Mississauga shelter staff, police and the former city manager who “told her she was making a reckless decision that was not based on any financial analysis.”
