(From Dec. 10, 2023) Dolly’s Cocktail Bar is an ultra-pink, mid-century cocktail bar and restaurant with Peruvian influence. It made quite a splash when it opened up in Edmonton this past summer. The head chef, Joshua Nhan, and cocktail director Niki Willis share the menu.
