Fri, Mar 27: Over the past few months we've shared several stories from clients of Nova Scotia's Maintenance Enforcement Program. Stories of struggle and frustration with a program they say does little to enforce spousal and child support court orders. Now, a father who finds himself unable to make those court ordered payments is sharing his side of the story. He says the problem isn't with the enforcement program but with the orders themselves.
