Vancouver Island residents are growing more concerned and frustrated over an aggressive wolf-dog that killed a couple’s pet dog over the weekend. As Aaron McArthur reports, people want the authorities to capture the animal but the B.C. Conservation Officer Service says it’s not their responsibility.
