Crime along 118th Avenue is not uncommon, but the Arts on the Ave organization hopes businesses in the area will be able to help stop crime. A new initiative called "Make the Call" is encouraging people to make a difference in their own backyards, simply by picking up the phone. Jasmine King explains.
