Former Paralympian forced to haul herself up stairs to board WestJet flight

One week after Canada’s two largest airlines publicly pledged to “do better” in their handling of passengers with disabilities, a former Paralympian is the latest customer forced to fend for herself after Westjet failed to provide her a way to safely board her flight. Aaron McArthur reports.
