Expanded ER at Misericordia Hospital to open later this month

In just a matter of days the Misericordia Hospital will open its new emergency department. Following long wait times, the province says the new space will improve patient flow. But as Kabi Moulitharan reports, capacity is not the only challenge facing health care.
