Surrey Memorial Hospital adds portable

There has been concern raised over the growing use of portables at Surrey schools — and now one is needed at the city’s hospital. Surrey Memorial is assuring the public this won’t impact patient care. But as Cassidy Mosconi reports — it’s just another example that Surrey’s infrastructure is not able to keep up with its growing population.
