Group argues B.C. falling short on climate action

A progress report by the BC Climate Emergency Campaign says the province has only made minor headway on seven climate actions and is failing on three others. Despite the criticism, B.C.’s environment minister argues his government’s climate plan is still a strong one. Kylie Stanton reports.
